Well, i'm going out to a party tonight at a hotel called "Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel", where Hasaru san's 16th birthday party will be held.
It was supposed to be held in one of the ballrooms, but in the end, Hasaru's chichiue decided that since she had about 30 people coming, it would be better if she had a pool party. The pictures above are that of where the party will presumably be held. I'll be heading over with Hisagi sempai, Raiga kun, his girlfriend Yuki san, and her best friend Ruuka san.
Unless you're swimming, which i am not, you'll have to head over in something formal. Even those who swim will have to put on something formal later so, so that no one is of exception. I'm beginning to think that Hasaru san has a slight obsession with men in suits... =="
Was asking Tiffany chan and Rain san and Kim san for advice on what to wear. In the end, I decided to go with:
A classic black tux with work pants (It was decided amongst the men that we would go in a standard uniform, that being the black classic tux.)
Grey work shirt, loosely tucked (I was asked to by Yuki san, who said it looked better than it not being tucked in at all. I secretly believe this is all an unbelievable amount of fuss, and am at the brink of deciding to turn up in jeans.)
Silver double striped tie (Thanks for the opinions, Tiff san, Rain san, Kim san ^^;;;)
Tinted silver glasses (Forced to by Hisagi sempai and Yayoi sempai, who said i looked "hot" in them. I have no comment.)
Black fedora with silver ribbon band
2 doc tags (which were a present from Haru san at Christmas. She insists i wear them, as they "match" the colour scheme of my outfit, which all in all, i only picked out the shirt and hat.)
That's about it. The pool party will be held at night, so the pictures above do not hold much accuracy to where i will be tonight. There will be alchohol, most likely wine and cocktails, although some people plan to smuggle in some Sake and Sapporo, i heard. I wonder if it will work.
Food will be light and me and a few others plan to eat dinner beforehand. So i guess i should go now, to prepare and take a bath before i leave. Sorry if i bored you with such a monotonous post ^^' Goodbye.
